Connectivity
The current POS runs online. Offline mode is not available.
Receipts and tax
Show tax on the bill and generate a PDF receipt. Local tax rules and compliance remain your responsibility.
Inventory
Sells from a menu or product list. It does not track stock or synchronise inventory.

Does SaaSify support printers and kitchen workflows?
Kitchen workflows yes—tickets move through new, preparing, ready, and completed. Dedicated receipt printers and scanners are not supported today. Receipts are PDF.
How does payment recording work?
You record how the bill was settled—cash, or UPI/card as digital tender. SaaSify does not process the payment through a gateway.
Can I use SaaSify across multiple outlets?
Starter is scoped to a single business. If you need specialised workflows or a broader setup, request a custom quote and we will confirm what is supported.
